Popular wrestling star Drew McIntyre has tested positive for Covid-19. As a result, the WWW Champion was not seen live on the WWE weekly show ‘RAW’ today.
McIntyre had a lot to do on today’s show as a champion. After winning the WWE Championship match against Keith Lee last week, the legendary wrestling star Goldberg came and challenged McIntyre for the championship match.
The Royal Rumble, one of WWE’s oldest pay-per-view shows, is set to take place in a few days. It was on that show that Goldberg came to challenge McIntyre for the WWE Championship.
Whether he accepted the challenge McIntyre, whether he agreed to play a match at the Royal Rumble against Goldberg, was to be announced in today’s ‘RAW’.
McIntyre was also scheduled to take part in a match today with former champion Ronty Orton.

The news has been officially confirmed by WWE on their website. Not only that, Drew McIntyre could not be physically present in today’s ‘RAW’ due to being in quarantine, but in a video message, he told the audience about his current condition.
“Everyone warned, not to take Covid-19 lightly, ‘How is everyone? It would be nice if I could be in front of everyone today. But that is not possible. Many of you may have known by now that I have not been positive.”
Drew McIntyre has no Covid-19 symptoms on his body, ‘I’m one of the lucky ones who didn’t show any signs of the positive. But I can say for sure, the covid thing is not something to be taken lightly. Never think that Covid-19 will ever touch you, because Covid-19 can infect anyone.
If I can get infected, you can too. The only way to stop covid, be careful, wear a mask. Maintain social distance. Do it for yourself, even if you think about the physical protection of your loved ones. See you soon. Until then, everyone stays safe! ‘
