Joe Biden ordered the 100-day moratorium on the deportation of undocumented immigrants from the United States. But, the Federal judge temporarily blocks his order.
A Texas federal court on Tuesday ruled against Biden’s order. Biden along with other executive orders has lifted Trump’s ban on entry into the United States from Muslim-majority countries.
However, the court’s ruling hampered the Biden administration’s efforts to reform the immigration system.
Texas District Judge Drew Tipton has issued a temporary restraining order on the Department of Homeland Security’s directive to stay the deportation of immigrants.
In the order, the judge said the Biden administration failed to show specific and logical reasons in its directive to stop the moratorium on the deportation of undocumented immigrants for 100-day.
The ruling by Conservative Judge Drew Tipton has raised concerns among immigrant groups.
Joe Biden promised to open the door to citizenship for more than 11 million undocumented immigrants in the United States.
President Biden has called on Congress to enact a comprehensive immigration law. Known as a conservative state, Texas initially opposed the Biden administration’s immigration reform.
Texas is the FIRST state in the nation to bring a lawsuit against the Biden Admin.
AND WE WON.
Within 6 days of Biden’s inauguration, Texas has HALTED his illegal deportation freeze.
*This* was a seditious left-wing insurrection. And my team and I stopped it.
