Judge Patricia McCullough ordered the state to suspend the vote certification process until next Friday after a preliminary hearing of Trump-supporters’ appeals. A full hearing will be held in the court on Friday.
State Attorney General Jose Shapiro said in a tweet that the judge’s order would have no effect on the election. Because the state vote has already been certified. Even then, the state will appeal against such an order.
