Several pro-Trump lawsuits, including Pennsylvania Republican lawmaker Mike Kelly, filed another lawsuit and temporary blocks on vote certification this case in court.
The lawsuit alleges that the state election commission violated the election law. The state of Pennsylvania’s constitution does not allow postal voting. Without amending the constitution, there is no opportunity to take a vote that is legislated only in the state assembly.
Judge Patricia McCullough ordered the state to suspend the vote certification process until next Friday after a preliminary hearing of Trump-supporters’ appeals. A full hearing will be held in the court on Friday.
State Attorney General Jose Shapiro said in a tweet that the judge’s order would have no effect on the election. Because the state vote has already been certified. Even then, the state will appeal against such an order.
Within hours of Jose Shapiro’s announcement, a notice of appeal was filed in the state Supreme Court.
Republican lawmakers in Pennsylvania held a hearing on vote fraud themselves. President Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani and other campaign officials attended the hearing of Republican lawmakers in the historic city of Gettysburg.
Some voters turned up during the hearing and complained that they could not vote. At the time, some Trump supporters chanted slogans outside the hearing to cancel the vote.
President Trump himself was scheduled to appear in person at the Pennsylvania hearing. He canceled it at the last minute and called during the hearing.
He thanked his party’s lawmakers for holding the open-speaker hearing. Again, the vote was rigged. The results of this election have to be changed.
Republican lawmakers in the state want the court to repeal the vote’s certification. They will then sit down and decide which state’s electoral vote will go in favor of which candidate. Trump has called on Republican lawmakers in Pennsylvania to the White House.
President Trump is scheduled to hold a similar hearing in Michigan next week. The possibility of his own presence at such a hearing is being talked about in the US media.
There are no signs that Trump is moving away from his intention to change the outcome of the election. Although newly elected President Joe Biden is preparing to take power in full force. He is being assisted by the White House with daily security briefings and other information.
