Iran building a new underground nuclear facility plant, the head of the UN nuclear test agency said.
Iran has claimed responsibility for the there underground nuclear plant. The UN envoy said a new nuclear plant was being built.
The International Atomic Energy Agency works on nuclear issues at the United Nations. The company’s director-general is Rafael Gracie. He raised the issue of Iran in an interview with the Associated Press (AP) in Berlin.
He said that Iran has started the construction of a new nuclear plant deep in the ground. Uranium has also started to accumulate. However, he noted that they do not yet have uranium for nuclear weapons.
Iran has been in the headlines for a long time about the nuclear deal. The first satellite image in 2002 captured Natanz, Iran’s nuclear power plant. The Western world is concerned. In 2003, UN representatives visited Iran’s nuclear reactor.
They said the nuclear power plant was built 7.6 meters below the ground. Arrangements have also been made so that the center is not harmed by airstrikes. Anti-aircraft missiles have been deployed throughout the area.
Later, attempts were made to render that center in Iran useless with the help of computer viruses. But did not succeed. Allegedly, America and Israel tried to do that.
This year in July, Iran’s was the fire at Natanz nuclear plant. There caused ‘significant’ damage.
