Yahoo, a popular US-based world website, has been shutting down for a few hours, causing users to be furious. Yahoo’s website became obsolete on Thursday morning. As a result, millions of people from different parts of the world have failed to use this popular e-mail service.
Down Detector, a website that monitors the outage of various popular sites, says Yahoo’s website goes down on Thursday. That’s why within a few hours, they received more than 5,000 reports of Yahoo Mail problems.
However, at least 300 more users have complained to the down detector, in addition to Yahoo’s mail service, to other services.
A Yahoo user on Twitter tweeted that Yahoo has been inactive for more than 3 hours in Australia. Most of the allegations of Yahoo’s sudden down come from countries in Europe.
“We understand how difficult it is for you,” tweeted a Yahoo customer service account on Twitter. We are working specifically to solve this problem. Please wait for the next update.
An hour later, in another tweet, Yahoo reported that they were able to identify Yahoo’s originating problem. But how much time it will take to solve it cannot be said.
Yahoo’s customer service webpage (help.yahoo.com) has been inactive for some time. Once you log in to this website you will see a message, thanks for your patience. Our engineers are working to solve the problem quickly.
